Avoid Cellulite and Stretchmark

Cellulite and stretchmark indeed very disturbing because it causes discomfort and causes less confident, especially against the couple. Cellulite and stretchmark often experienced by pregnant women, after childbirth and those who experienced aggrandizement and weight loss drastically. If you already have stretch marks and cellulite, removing it would be hard. However, do not be afraid. You can reduce it by some way below.

  1. Keep your weight remain ideal by eating enough (not too excessive and not too little) diet.
  2. When pregnant, try to follow pregnancy exercise and rubbing the sin on the abdomen with olive oil or baby oil. The purpose is to maintain skin elasticity.
  3. Give light massage to support blood circulation. But if you're pregnant, do the massage by the experts.
  4. Choose your cosmetics carefully. Choose cosmetics that are trusted and safe for your body. Prefer natural ingredients.
